Times/Fees

Our opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Saturday: 8.00AM-10 AM and 4.00PM-5.30PM  *

Sundays and Bank Holidays: 9.00-11.00am only  *

*  The only days we are CLOSED for dropping off and picking up dogs are Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Bank Holidays, Christmas day, Boxing day and New years day are charged at twice the Normal daily rate.

Current Normal Fees (as from 01.02.2026):

1 dog £29 per night

2 dogs sharing a kennel £43 per night
3 dogs sharing a kennel £52 per night
4 dogs sharing a kennel £60 per night

Dogs from the same home who cannot share a kennel:
2 kennels (2 dogs) £47 per night
2 kennels (3 dogs) £54 per night
2 kennels (4 dogs) £63 per night

2 kennels (5 dogs) £70 per night

3 kennels (3 dogs) £69 per night

Day care rate (when not staying overnight) :
1 dog £27 per day
2 dogs £36 per day
3 dogs £41 per day   

(Prices will increase on 1st February each year)

Payment timing

We are now charging deposits for every booking, to be paid at the time of booking, as follows:

50% deposit at booking + balance paid when you drop your dog in to the kennels.

For stays of 3 days or less, the full balance is to be paid at the time of booking.

Deposit is refundable (minus £20 administration fee) if you notify us in writing (using the enquiry form) of a cancellation at least 21 days before your dog was due to come in.
